Blake Birmingham


Blake Birmingham is a junior majoring in Industrial and Systems Engineering with minors in Entrepreneurship and Applied Analytics. Outside of class, he is Project Manager for Engineers Without Borders where he is working to build a water collection and filtration system for an underdeveloped community in Guatemala. Additionally, Blake is a part of the Los Angeles Community Impact as well as on the executive board for Trojan Venture Partners. He previously interned at a management consulting firm in Madrid, and most recently interned as a Technology Consulting intern with PwC. In his free time, Blake enjoys playing and watching basketball, going to the beach, and discussing theology. Blake hopes to pursue a job in either management consulting or engineering after graduation.


Allison Westley


Allison Westley is a junior studying Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Future Cinema. In the past, she has worked as a research intern at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute studying the regenerative capabilities of the axolotl pancreas, and as an analyst at Intrepid Investment Bankers, a middle-market M&A bank. Outside of class, she serves on the executive board of Trojan Venture Partners and works as a Strikeforce Fellow with entrepreneur Peter Diamandis, writing blog content about future technologies. In her free time, she enjoys running, hiking, sampling every salmon dish in Los Angeles, and exploring the city. Allison aims to complement her technical engineering background with strong business knowledge in order to found her own company in the future.


Gu panizza

Gu Panizza is a senior majoring in Business Administration. This past summer, he interned at The Boston Consulting Group’s Los Angeles office in their Principal Investors & Private Equity team and spent the previous summer at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Chicago. During the last academic year, he served as President of TCG. Originally from Rome, Italy, Gu enjoys watching and discussing international soccer, NFL football, and NBA basketball and hopes to pursue a career in management consulting upon graduation.


Alyssa Lam

Alyssa Lam is a senior studying Business Administration with a double minor in Nutrition & Health Promotion and Dance. She has previously interned with Johnson and Johnson's finance team and at Herman Miller in Hong Kong as part of the USC Winslow-Maxwell program. In addition to TCG, she is the Chief of Staff of the Marshall Business Student Government and a Marshall Student Ambassador. In her free time, she enjoys baking, traveling, and practicing yoga. This past summer she joined Deloitte Consulting in their Los Angeles office as a Strategy & Operations Summer Scholar.



Ben Dugger is a senior studying Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Sustainable Urban Development. This past summer, he interned in Morgan Stanley's investment banking division in San Francisco and spent the previous summer at Wilshire Associates in LA. Last fall, Ben served as Vice President of TCG and studied abroad in Barcelona in the spring. His primary hobbies include golf, backpacking and visiting the beach. Upon graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in investment banking.


Andy Gabler

Andy is a senior majoring in Business Administration with minors in Sports Media Studies and Cinematic Arts. This past summer, he worked as a Summer Analyst for Cornerstone Research in their Los Angeles office. He has previously worked for a tech start-up in Taiwan and for U.S. Bank. On campus, he is a sports broadcaster for KXSC Radio and a Marshall Student Ambassador, and he studied abroad in Budapest during the Spring 2019 semester. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports, reading long-form journalism, watching movies, and going to concerts.


Matthew Lee

Matthew Lee is a senior majoring in Business Administration with an Applied Analytics minor. On campus, he is a Teaching Assistant and member of the Undergraduate Student Investment Fund. He has served as one of the Co-Directors of Trojan Investing Society's Leaders Program, Co-President of Moneythink USC, and a Marshall Student Ambassador. Previously, he has worked for Plaza Bank's Project Management department and PwC’s technology consulting practice. In his free time, Matthew enjoys watching NBA basketball, attending concerts, and producing music. This past summer, he worked for Lazard as an investment banking summer analyst in the Los Angeles office.



Kurun Reddy is a senior double majoring in Business Administration and Neuroscience. On campus, he has served as the Chief Technology Officer of Moneythink USC, the Director of Membership of USC InterHealth Council, and a Dornsife Ambassador. He has previously performed public health research in Guatemala and Uganda in addition to attending the 71st World Health Assembly in Geneva as a non-governmental delegate. He spent his sophomore summer in Mercer’s Health and Benefits practice, and this past summer, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group’s LA office as a member of their Medical Technology team. In his free time, Kurun enjoys cooking and bartending, as well as traveling and going to music festivals with friends.

Jane Wang

Jane Wang is a junior majoring in Computer Science. On campus, Jane is a Resident Assistant at Parkside IRC and involved in Design for America, Delta Sigma Pi, and HackSC. In the past, she interned with the International Office at Keck Medical School helping them redesign their website and create internal client applications. Currently, she is working on creating a social app and designing web pages for fun. In her free time, she enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and solving puzzles. Upon graduation, Jane hopes to pursue a career in software engineering, innovation, and design.



Ryan Storgard is a junior studying Biological Sciences. He has conducted research at UCSD Moores Cancer Center and is currently part of the Kuhn lab at USC Michelson Center for Convergent Biosciences, utilizing single-cell analytics to investigate the therapeutic applications of genomic instability markers in metastatic prostate cancers. Last summer, he coordinated patient recruitment, screening, and data management for the clinical trial of a dermatological medical device. Currently, Ryan serves as the co-President of Trojan Investing Society. In his free time, he enjoys watching films, snorkeling, and studying international politics. After graduation, Ryan hopes to attend medical school and pursue a career in the biotechnology industry.



Paul Kaster is a junior majoring in Computer Science and Business Administration and minoring in Mathematical Finance. In the past, Paul started, ran, and sold an eCommerce business, Crooked Branch Studio, which retailed high-end wooden bow ties. Last summer, Paul worked at PwC doing Emerging Technology Consulting in Dallas and studied abroad in Spain the summer prior. Outside of school, he enjoys studying Spanish, hiking, photography, and playing frisbee. In addition to his involvement in TCG, Paul is Director of Finance and Sponsorships for the USC Photography Club and is looking to pursue a career in consulting upon graduation.



Kent Shiu is a junior studying Business Administration with a minor in Applied Analytics and Statistics. On campus, he is involved with Trojan Investing Society, Chinese Students Association and Alpha Kappa Psi. This past summer, Kent interned at Northrop Grumman Corporation as a Global Supply Chain Analyst in Redondo Beach, California. In his free time, Kent enjoys watching and playing sports, night hikes and spending time with friends and family. After graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in data analytics or the consulting industry.

Rajvir Dua is a sophomore majoring in Applied & Computational Mathematics, Quantitative Biology, and Computer Science. On campus, he serves as the Fundraising Director for Trojan Shelter, an organization providing free housing to homeless college students in need. He is also involved with Los Angeles Community Impact (Director of Internal Resources) and the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Society (Vice President of Projects). This past summer, he worked on a project using neural networks to predict and (simulate) betting on tennis matches. He is also currently studying evolutionary dynamics under the guidance of Dr. Paul Newton in the hopes of building adaptive chemotherapy treatments. A big Liverpool fan and avid daily fantasy sports player, he has created numerous successful sports betting models, which he hopes will translate to a career in machine learning or sports analytics. Raj also loves to play and study poker.
